Holographic interface – Expo/Fair installation
This was a beautiful project commissioned by the “Colombia Joven” the Agency for the youth of the Colombian Government. Adrian and I developed every single piece of this piece. From the production of the Chroma Key videos to the coding of the touch screen interface. The holographic system was embedded in a futuristic structure designed and built by us.
At the entrance of the Xpo JovenEs Fair, the Chair Man of the Youth Agency welcome everybody as a virtual entity, with an fancy Star Wars’ look. The public was told to ask him things related to the fair using the touch screen on the room. After a quick search of different type of questions, the user picked one of them and let the holographic character to answer them.
