Mobile Apps – Customer Tools – Apps Market Places
In 2013 it was commissioned to Omotio, by Kaeser Compressors, to develop their own Toolbox App. This App has three utilities. The first one is a Calculator, which can be used by engineers and costumers to setup their compressors, with a wide variety of cases. With some data, the App calculates the perfect configuration of the machine. The second utility is an Online Chat, to communicate directly with a technician from the company, and have a troubleshoot consult in real time. The third utility is Tips Of The Day pop up. This can be consulted each time the costumer opens the App. This App is available in the Apple’s App Store and the Google Play App’s Marketplace.
